Standardized anthropometric measurements including height, body weight and waist circumference. Height was measured to the nearest centimetre using a SECA stadiometer and body weight to the nearest 0.1 kg using a calibrated scale with participants wearing light clothing. Waist circumference was measured midway between the lowest rib and iliac crest in standing position during exhalation. Measurements were recorded twice and averaged.

MobC (Mobility compromised - intervention): Community-dwelling older adults with impaired mobility or reduced lower-body function. This population was assesed at Wageningen University & Research in the Netherlands.
